How much does appliance repair cost?

We charge a $90 service call fee to diagnose the problem. If you approve the repair, the $90 is applied toward the total repair cost. After diagnosing the appliance, we’ll provide a clear estimate before any work begins.

Can you come out today?

In many cases, yes. We often offer same-day or next-day service appointments. Availability depends on your location and the time you contact us, but we’ll always do our best to get someone out as quickly as possible.

When can I contact you?

Our office is available by phone Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If you reach out outside office hours, feel free to send us a text message or book your appointment online anytime using the “Book Online” button on our website.

What appliances do you repair?

We repair refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, wine coolers, and most other major household appliances.

What brands do you service?

We work on most major appliance brands, including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Maytag, Thermador, Wolf, Sub-Zero, Viking, Miele, and many more.

Will I know the price before the repair starts?

Yes. We inspect the appliance first and provide a clear estimate for your approval before any repair is performed.

Is it worth repairing my appliance?

In many cases, yes. Our technician will explain the condition of your appliance and help you decide whether repair or replacement makes the most sense.

Do you use original manufacturer parts?

Yes. Whenever available, we use genuine OEM parts sourced through authorized suppliers. Original parts help ensure proper fit, reliable performance, and long-term durability.

What if my appliance can’t be repaired?

Most repairs are completed successfully. However, if we’re unable to resolve the issue, any repair charges paid will be refunded. The $90 service call fee remains non-refundable because it covers the visit and evaluation of the appliance.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 90-day labor warranty and a 1-year parts warranty on qualifying repairs.

How do I schedule service?

You can call us Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, or text and book online 24/7. Scheduling only takes a few minutes.

Do you repair appliances that are still under manufacturer warranty?

We do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs. If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first.
If you’d rather not wait for warranty service, we’re happy to help with a non-warranty repair.

Do you service my area?

We proudly serve customers from San Bruno to Mountain View and nearby communities. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, feel free to contact us.

Do I need to bring my appliance anywhere?

No. We provide in-home appliance repair and come directly to your location.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic payments.

Do you carry parts with you?

We stock many common parts in our service vehicles. If a special part is needed, we’ll order it and schedule a return visit.
