The customer reported that the coffee machine was no longer grinding beans properly and was unable to complete the brewing process. During inspection, we found that the grinder assembly was heavily clogged with compacted coffee grounds, preventing normal operation.
The grinder was carefully disassembled, cleaned, and cleared of all accumulated debris. After reassembly, the machine was tested to verify proper grinding and brewing performance.
Once the grinder was cleaned, the coffee machine returned to normal operation and was able to grind beans and brew coffee correctly again.
