The customer reported poor cooling performance and rising temperatures inside the refrigerator. During diagnosis, we found that the compressor had failed and was no longer able to circulate refrigerant properly through the sealed system. We also found a significant buildup of dust and debris on the condenser coils.
The failed compressor was replaced, the sealed system was serviced and recharged with the proper amount of refrigerant, and the condenser coils were thoroughly cleaned to improve airflow and efficiency.
After the repair, the refrigerator returned to normal cooling operation and is maintaining proper temperatures. The cleaned condenser coils will also help improve efficiency and reduce strain on the new compressor.
