The customer reported excessive vibration and out-of-balance loads during the spin cycle. The washer would shake heavily, especially when spinning at high speed, affecting overall performance.
During diagnosis, we found that the shock absorbers were worn out and no longer able to properly stabilize the wash tub. The defective shock absorbers were replaced, and the washer was tested through multiple spin cycles.
After the repair, the washer returned to smooth operation with significantly reduced vibration. The unit now spins properly and handles loads without going out of balance.
