The customer reported that the oven would not ignite properly. During diagnosis, we found that the spark module had failed and was no longer generating the ignition spark needed to light the gas burner.
The defective spark module was replaced with a new OEM component, and the ignition system was thoroughly tested to verify reliable operation. All safety and ignition functions were checked to ensure proper performance.
After the repair, the oven ignited normally and returned to full operation. The gas burner now lights consistently and the range is functioning as designed.
