The customer reported a Bosch E15 error code and water leaking from the dishwasher. The appliance had activated its leak protection system, causing the unit to stop operating and display the fault code.
During diagnosis, we found that the inlet water valve was leaking and allowing water to enter the base pan, which triggered the leak detection sensor. The faulty water valve was replaced, and the dishwasher was inspected and tested for proper operation.
After the repair, the leak was eliminated, the E15 error was cleared, and the dishwasher returned to normal operation. The leak detection system no longer activates, and the unit is functioning as designed.
