The customer reported that the dishwasher was displaying a water fill error and was unable to start or complete cycles properly. During diagnosis, we determined that the inlet water valve had failed and was restricting the water supply to the appliance.
The defective water valve was replaced with a new OEM component, and the dishwasher was tested to verify proper water flow and cycle operation.
After the repair, the error code was cleared and the dishwasher returned to normal operation. The unit now fills correctly and completes wash cycles as intended.
