The customer reported that the microwave had completely stopped working and would not power on. During diagnosis, we found a blown safety fuse along with worn door switches that were causing intermittent operation and preventing the unit from functioning properly.
The failed fuse was replaced, and a new set of door switches was installed to restore proper safety interlock operation. The microwave was then thoroughly tested to verify safe and reliable performance.
After the repair, the microwave powered on normally and all heating functions were fully restored. The unit is now operating safely and as designed.
