The customer reported that the refrigerator was no longer maintaining proper temperatures and was not cooling correctly. After troubleshooting the unit, we determined that the thermostat had failed and was no longer regulating the cooling system as designed.
The defective thermostat was replaced with a new OEM component, and the refrigerator was tested to verify proper cycling and temperature control.
After the repair, the refrigerator returned to normal operation and is now maintaining consistent cooling temperatures throughout the unit.
